What You See Is What You Get
All our photos are recent, unedited, and accurate. The cabin in the pictures is the cabin you'll stay in. No bait-and-switch.
Clean Cabins, Every Time
Every cabin is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Fresh linens, sanitized surfaces, spotless bathrooms. If something isn't right when you arrive, tell us immediately and we'll fix it.
Everything Works
AC that actually keeps you cold in August. Hot water that doesn't run out. WiFi that streams without buffering. We maintain our cabins because we know you're counting on them.
Real People, Real Support
We're not a faceless rental platform. Real people answer our phone. If something goes wrong, we're on-site to help. You won't be told to 'call the office tomorrow.'
A Place for Families
We welcome families with kids. We enforce quiet hours (10pm). We don't allow party groups. The atmosphere here is peaceful and family-friendly—that's by design.
No Hidden Fees
The price you see is the price you pay. Kayaks, paddleboards, pools, hot tubs—all included. No resort fees. No cleaning fee surprises. No nickel-and-diming.

Important Things to Know
Maximum Occupancy
6 guests per Birdhouse Cabin. This is strictly enforced for safety and comfort. All guests must be registered.
Quiet Hours
10 PM - 8 AM. We're a family property and we take this seriously. If you're looking for a party spot, this isn't it.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. Our insurance doesn't permit it.
Parties/Events
No parties, weddings, or large group events. Cabin rentals are for overnight guests only. No day visitors beyond registered guests.
Minimum Age
The person booking must be 25 or older (unless accompanied by parent/guardian).
